Terms & Conditions
  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% for each week and each property is payable when booking. This is non-returnable in the event of any cancellation, notification of which is required in writing by post or facsimile, and signed by the person who signed the booking form. For those clients who book within ten weeks of their departure date, full payment is required at the booking stage.
  • The balance on our confirmation invoice becomes due ten weeks before departure and we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if this condition is not met. For cancellations within ten weeks of departure, the client remains liable for the following charges: 54-75 days: 60% 42-53 days: 70% 29-41 days: 90% 0-28 days: 100%
  • The rental is from 16:00 on the day of arrival, to 10:00 on the day of departure, any variation of these times is by prior arrangement only. Please leave the property and all kitchen equipment, clean and tidy with the inventory complete. A cleaning period of 3 hours is allowed to return the property to its condition prior to your arrival. Should you fail to do so and extra cleaners are employed or items of the inventory replaced or the property damaged/broken, then there will be an additional charge. Such charges will be deducted from the security deposit and the balance returned or an additional charge will be raised for excessive damages which will be paid in full immediately The maximum occupancy must not exceed the number of beds stated in our information, unless prior permission is given for a baby in a travel cot, Z bed or similar.
  • Whilst we cannot guarantee to meet all special requirements, you can rest assured that Pogo Travel will do its utmost to provide these. We cannot accept any booking that is conditional upon special requirements.
  • You are responsible for the keys whilst they are in your possession and for their safe return to either the local agent or to Britain, where they should be posted, obtaining a certificate of posting. Loss of a key in your care will incur a £10 replacement charge per key which will be deducted from your breakages deposit.
  • In the unlikely event of a complaint, either on arrival or during your holiday, we must be notified within 24 hours. Problems can often be sorted out on the spot and in the event of this proving impossible, all representations concerning the matter must be submitted in writing within 28 days of your return. No claim will be considered in the event of local authority provision or instructions concerning amenities.
  • In the event of a signed booking form not being submitted with the deposit, the deposit itself indicates acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions, which forms a contract between us in accordance with British Law within the exclusive jurisdiction of British courts. The contract exists from such time as you receive our confirmation of your booking.
  • Acceptance of the terms & conditions confirms acceptance of the disclaimer.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of our information, though owners reserve the right to make improvements subsequent to the booking. Any such alterations deemed relevant to the contract will be advised prior to your departure. We are happy to advise on resort suitability for children, nightlife, etc. though any advice, verbal or written, is merely our opinion, not a definitive guide and therefore we accept no liability for any such opinions expressed.

Please note that all visitors entering the swimming pool do so at their own risk and no claim will be made in the event of accidents or mishaps. Under force majeure, we will not compensate for any delays in travel, whether or not travel has been arranged by us, due to adverse weather, road/port/airport/station closure, industrial disputes, technical transport problems, natural disasters, civil disorder and similar events beyond our control. We expect guests to abide by apartment building regulations and generally conduct themselves in an acceptable manner. We reserve the right to terminate a clients contract if this condition is not met and accept no liability for any subsequent circumstances that may arise. In some circumstances, a security deposit may be held locally and therefore not included in your UK invoice.

TO MAKE A BOOKING - please telephone to confirm up-to-date availability and subject to this we will hold the accommodation in your name for three working days, giving time to send the required deposit. Verbal bookings automatically lapse after this period.

Please make cheques payable to as noted on the booking form.

When we receive your deposit and booking form, a confirmation and final invoice will be sent to you. If this is not received after a week, we request you contact us to confirm our receipt of your cheque. When we have received your final payment a receipt will be sent, with the final information plus keys (if appropriate) following on approximately two weeks before departure.
